WHAT IS PERTEL?
Pertel Communications of N.E., Inc. is a communications cable and wiring
installation firm that provides plant or office moves, adds, changes and
reinstallations of telecommunications cabling and equipment. PCNE
supplies and installs new or upgraded voice/data systems as well as
provide service contracts and maintenance services as a prime contractor
or subcontractor. Pertel is a market driven maintenance and service
company adding value to established manufacturer's products through its
highly trained field technicians and project managers' expertise.
WHEN WAS PERTEL STARTED?
Pertel Communications of N.E., Inc. is a minority owned
Telecommunications company which was established in 1990. Our primary
goal is to provide unfailing reliability and maintain an organization
that makes swift and sure service a priority. As a result of Pertel's
dedication to service and proven expertise, we have been awarded several
major contracts in the Tri-State area.
WHO IS PERTEL STAFF?
All of Pertel's technical staff are highly experienced in all aspects of
cable installation, MDF and IDF design, installation, proper cable
testing techniques, firestopping and safety procedures. Pertel Managers
cover every step of sales, coordination and installation to provide our
customers with the finest in service.
Pertel has improved productivity by centralizing regional activities
under a regional manager and delegating supervisory functions onsite to
a supervising technician.
HOW DOES PERTEL SELL ITS PRODUCTS AND SERVICES?
PCNE offers outsourced staffing of onsite professional technicians to
provide system moves, adds, and changes for its clients. PCNE keeps
costs low by ordering equipment for customer job needs on an as-needed
basis. This allows us to pass on savings to our customers.
